Rider Partner Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2026. This agreement outlines the terms of partnership between DParcels and the Delivery Partner.

1 Independent Contractor Status

The Delivery Partner ("Rider") acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of DParcels.

  • You have the freedom to accept or reject any delivery task.
  • You are responsible for your own vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance.
  • You are responsible for reporting and paying your own income taxes.

2 Documents & Requirements

To remain active on the platform, the Rider must possess valid documentation at all times:

Valid Driving License
Vehicle RC Book
Vehicle Insurance
Aadhaar / PAN Card

3 Code of Conduct & Safety

Zero Tolerance Policy

Immediate termination will occur for: Theft of packages, consumption of alcohol/drugs while online, or harassment of customers.

Riders must strictly adhere to traffic rules. Wearing a helmet is mandatory. DParcels is not liable for traffic fines incurred by the Rider.


4 Payments & Payouts

  • Cycle: Payouts are processed weekly (every Tuesday) for the previous week's earnings.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash collected from customers must be deposited to DParcels within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in account suspension.
  • Incentives: Bonus pay is subject to meeting specific targets (e.g., peak hour logins) and may vary.

5 Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. DParcels reserves the right to deactivate a Rider's account for:

  • Consistently low ratings (below 3.5 stars).
  • High cancellation rate after accepting orders.
  • Violation of the Code of Conduct.
