1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DParcels website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.


2 Description of Services

DParcels provides a technology platform that connects users ("Senders") with independent delivery partners ("Riders") to transport parcels within local city limits.

  • We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership of the items being transported.
  • Riders are independent contractors, not employees of DParcels.
  • Service availability depends on rider availability in your specific zone.

3 Prohibited Items

You agree not to send any items that are illegal, hazardous, or violate our policies. DParcels reserves the right to inspect packages and report illegal items to authorities.

Strictly Prohibited:

  • Alcohol & Drugs
  • Weapons & Explosives
  • Flammable Liquids
  • Cash > ₹10,000
  • Live Animals
  • Stolen Goods

4 Payments & Refunds

  • Pricing: Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, weight, and traffic conditions. The final price is shown before booking.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel a booking at no cost before a rider is assigned. If a rider has already been assigned, a cancellation fee of ₹30 may apply.
  • Refunds: In case of failed deliveries due to our fault, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5 Limitation of Liability

DParcels is committed to safe deliveries, but accidents can happen. Our liability is strictly limited as follows:

Maximum Insurance Coverage:
Our liability for lost or damaged goods is capped at ₹5,000 per order. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profit, or emotional distress.
